This framework has been developed in conjunction with schools by the TDA to enhance school improvement planning processes and enable schools to explicitly link Every Child Matters and extended services with standards in order to raise attainment and improve well-being.

An eight page brochure that explains how the framework was developed by schools for schools to improve ECM outcomes, raise standards of achievement and maximise and demonstrate impact. This DVD features Ed Balls, Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families and feedback from six schools involved in the school improvement planning pilot. The schools describe how they have, in different ways, used the framework to enhance their school improvement planning and achieve measurable benefits.
