The Orbital Group has been serving their clients for over forty years. Established in 1972 as BP Travel Trade Services, the Group has grown to embrace an expanding range of campaign and customer management services that continually evolve to provide innovative solutions across a broad range of market sectors.

Orbital Group companies operate either within specific market sectors; such as travel or education, or provide specific skills such as mailing or print to clients from all market sectors. Each company or division has its own operational resources and is supported by centralised functions for HR, Finance, Facilities Management and IT.

The Group structure allows for growth and is designed to deliver quality services through our sector or skills-based teams.

Our corporate mission is to provide comprehensive communication, logistics and promotional services; everything from customer insight, through strategy and targeting development, to campaign execution and management, creative print and mail, and response capture.
